At Employee Staffing Solutions, our remote personal assistants are dedicated to enhancing executive productivity by managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, handling communications, and conducting research. These Personal Assistances are on call for you 45 hours per week at your pre-determined schedule. Allow your personal assistant to handle all your busy work including paperwork, phone calls, or other time-consuming tasks that can be handled on the computer. Cancellation Policy

Full‑Time Personal Assistant Work Hours & Compensation Policy Effective for all clients engaging full‑time Personal Assistants (“PAs”) through our staffing service. 1. Full‑Time Work Requirement Clients who hire a full‑time PA agree to provide the assistant with a minimum workload of forty-five (45) hours per week, excluding recognized holidays or approved time off. - A “full‑time” assignment is defined as a consistent schedule totaling 45 hours per week. - Clients must provide sufficient tasks, responsibilities, and direction to ensure the PA can complete the required weekly hours. - If a client fails to provide adequate work, the PA will still be compensated for the full 45‑hour week. 2. Holiday Work Policy Clients may choose how holidays are handled for their assigned PA(s): - The PA may work on holidays, if mutually agreed upon. - The client may choose to give the PA the holiday off with pay or off without pay. - Holiday schedules must be communicated in advance whenever possible. 3. PA Time‑Off Requests If a PA requests personal time off (vacation, sick leave, or personal days), the client will be notified promptly. - Approved PA time off does not count toward the client’s 45‑hour weekly requirement. - Clients may request temporary coverage or choose to pause billing during approved absences, depending on the service plan selected. 4. Guaranteed Weekly Hours Except for holidays or approved PA time off, clients are required to maintain a full 45‑hour work week for each full‑time PA. - Consistent weekly hours ensure stable employment for the PA and predictable workflow for the client. - Repeated failure to provide 45 hours may result in reassignment of the PA or adjustment of the service agreement. 5. Annual Compensation Adjustment To support retention, performance stability, and long‑term client satisfaction, all full‑time PAs receive an annual pay increase. - PAs are entitled to a 10% compensation increase each year for the first three (3) consecutive years of employment with the same client. - Annual increases are automatically applied on the PA’s anniversary date. - After the third year, additional increases may be negotiated based on performance, market conditions, or client preference. 6. Client Agreement By engaging a full‑time PA through our service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. These standards ensure fair treatment of PAs, consistent service quality, and long‑term workforce stability.
