Cancellation Policy

Part‑Time Virtual Assistant Work Hours & Compensation Policy Effective for all clients engaging part‑time Virtual Assistants (“VAs”) through our staffing service. 1. Part‑Time Work Requirement Clients who hire a part‑time VA agree to provide the assistant with a minimum workload of thirty (30) hours per week, excluding recognized holidays or approved time off. - A “part‑time” assignment is defined as a consistent schedule totaling 30 hours per week. - Clients must provide sufficient tasks and direction to ensure the VA can complete the required weekly hours. - If a client does not provide enough work, the VA will still be compensated for the full 30‑hour week. 2. Holiday Work Policy Clients may choose how holidays are handled: - The VA may work on holidays, if mutually agreed. - The client may give the VA the holiday off with pay or off without pay. - Holiday schedules should be communicated in advance when possible. 3. VA Time‑Off Requests If a VA requests personal time off, the client will be notified promptly. - Approved VA time off does not count toward the client’s 30‑hour weekly requirement. - Clients may request temporary coverage or pause billing during approved absences, depending on their service plan. 4. Guaranteed Weekly Hours Except for holidays or approved VA time off, clients must maintain a full 30‑hour work week for each part‑time VA. - Consistent hours ensure stable employment for the VA and predictable workflow for the client. - Repeated failure to provide 30 hours may result in reassignment or adjustment of the service agreement. 5. Annual Compensation Adjustment To support retention and long‑term performance, all part‑time VAs receive an annual pay increase. - VAs receive a 10% compensation increase each year for the first three (3) consecutive years with the same client. - Increases are applied automatically on the VA’s anniversary date. 6. Client Agreement By engaging a part‑time VA through our service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
